All bookings made prior to the conference must be paid in full to guarantee the registration. Once the payment has been received, an email confirmation and an invoice receipt will be sent. If payment is not made at the time of booking, the registration will be provisional.
Shiprocket SHIVIR 2025 reserves the right to increase the pass amount at any time, based on different phases and promotional offers, without prior notice.
All passes are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please choose your pass type carefully during registration

The organising team will be reviewing registrations regularly. To ensure a seamless experience, please register your company under the appropriate category. For example, a company providing technology solutions should register as a “Technology Provider”, not as an “eCommerce Seller”.
Registrations with incorrect categorisation may be voided. Unfortunately, any registration fees paid in such cases will not be refunded.
